Redeem Site Management was built from real experience. Time spent on job sites, working in the trades, where quality and accountability should matter.
Owners Aaron Coogle and Michael Martinez have worked across all kinds of projects and have seen the same pattern too many times. As jobs get bigger, the standard drops. Corners get cut, communication breaks down, and the quality just isn't there. After a while, that wasn't something they wanted to be a part of anymore.
So they started their own company.
We're a full-scope site management company. We take on dirt work, tree work, property cleanup, exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and larger jobs that require permitting. If it needs to get done, we take responsibility for the whole job so our customers don't have to chase multiple people down.
